Poor service, been waiting for my order for 2 hours, when I called the store there is no answer due to high volumes of calls. Can't even track the order online. Absolutely trash delivery service, would not recommend.

I placed an order on Dec 18th 2021 at exactly 20.11pm of which my order only arrived at 22.10pm - 2 hours later. To top it all off, my order was burned, dried out and my cheese looked like old cheese... It was very depressing and disgusting

It’s been an hour waiting, calls are getting cut off whilst speaking. Pathetic service, I always order at Vangate Mall, I regret trying Belhar. I do not recommend this Belhar Debonairs at all. I ordered pizza when I was still at work, got home still no pizza. Managers should train people answering the phones, and your tracking system doesn’t work. I am never ever ordering from Belhar. I’m still waiting

I purchased pizzas online on Friday. When receiving my order it literally look like someone ate a piece from the pizza. I logged a call on the app FYI this is the second time having a bad experience and logging a call and I did not even get an apology. This was the first time ordering in a long time and yet again I had a terrible experience! Update on no Update they just send a automated message no empathy no genuine apology!

Our pizza was warm and fresh, and sooo delicious. I was surprised at how fast it was done, we waited for less than 10 mins. 10/10 for Belhar Debonairs

The triple decker that I ordered from Belhar debonairs, some of the slices were burnt, I don't think it worth the money. It was really terrible.

The delivery service is pathetic. It takes over 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered and when you try and call the answering machine says call back later.Never using this ridiculous service again.

I placed my order at 8:23pm,tried calling debonairs belhar and I keep getting that we have reach them after hours and I can't track the order. It's 2 hours later and still waiting, this is not right and I am very disappointed in them as I always order by them when I call to ask how long I always get through and the service was good bt after today I am disappointed,still no food and any one answering the call due to high volumes

I placed a order at 18:59 I have called about 7 times and there was no answer at the Belhar branch. The consultant I spoke to (Customer Care) hung up on me.This is most unprofessional... At the time of writing this complaint (20:51) still no pizza has arrived

I order my large Cram-Decker online from the app and my pizza was burnt. And I also added extra cheese but this is what I got. Never buying pizza from Debonairs in Belhar
