Been training here since 1990. Great atmosphere. People friendly. Personal trainers are up there with the best. And seen any issues amongst the members.

It's a gym. Seems okay, I haven't started yet but it seems very dark(low light).Will add to my review after a month. I will keep you posted

Neat and tidy, staff is very attending. It's spacious and the prices are reasonable and Iyou can have your own instructor that is very driven and have compassion.I would recommend Thee Gym for the experience of your life because fitness is life changing

This gym is super equipped for anyone's needs, whether you just want to keep in shape or if you're a serious trainer. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There is plenty parking outside, but they should have a sign at the gate as you could end up taking the wrong entrance and end up by the public pool.

I do not appreciate the fact that their want to force customers to put on apps for access because should there be any security bridge to my banking app their won't take responsibility and some equipment needs to be fixed.

Not a very big gym, but has pretty much all the equipment you'll need for a good workout, very good utilizing of the space. Equipment also in excellent condition, staff very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

This gym is great. All the equipment one could need. A sense of neighbourliness amongst all gym goers and all your fitness goals can be achieved. Phillip fitness is based here as well and I recommend checking out the brand to anyone serious about their fitness journey.
