The staff tried their best, They had the paint we needed. That was Wednesday. Unfortunately the store only had about 6 drums, it's Friday we are still waiting for the colour pallet to show them which colour we would like them to mix. Unfortunately it looks like we need to go elsewhere as we told them we need it by Friday afternoon. Anyway we try to support dealers in our area all the time,, but I guess great Service doesn't work all the time

I'd love to support these guys more because they're a local business in our community, but I find that they are limited in what they stock. Also not the friendliest environment... not saying people are unfriendly, just not a place which makes you feel welcome and important as a customer.

There prices were OK but their service is something to be desired. I waited 20 odd minutes before someone helped me. Only after I requested assistance. I stood like a fool waiting in the paint section looking for someone to assist me, but no one came.

Friendly customer service from aisle staff,security at main entrance is alert and professional,staff is competent and knowledgeable about various building materials and requirements,pricing is fair and competitive.

Didn't have stock of what a hardware suppose to have. Unfriendly staff members. Was less then 5 minutes in the shop. Won't be going there again. Some of the shelves are empty. Not all of the items have prices on display. Over seen better stock control at smaller hardwares

This place is a pillar of strength for many years.I usually buy on a regular basis there.Anything from plumbing,electrical items to screws,nuts,etc.Their prices are moderate,customer service is excellent & they do deliver rafters,wood,etc.I would recommend anyone that need any diy items to shop there
