Absolute shocking service.Plan and breakdown of laminated flooring required send to Rita.Quote received and urged to pat asap as stock is limited.Payment made the same day.Installation booked for 9 December.Team arrived and lounge flooring to supplied. Quote error by Rita - Now blaming tus the customer. No stock till January.

Please stay away from this supplier. We supplied sqm with wastage included. When owner went to measure the quote came back more than expected, said that if there's any boxes left over the balance will be refunded. When queried no boxes was left over... a bit concerning as this happened with another client as well. Installation was shocking, not all strips was installed and no after sale service. We paid balance out of our own pocket as client was late with payment, client eventually paid the shop and it took them 2 months to refund us, deducting our discount because we didn't pay within the 7 days. Just do yourself a favor and go to someone else.

Unorganized shop

Very professional service. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. The job (two rooms) was done quickly and neatly. We are totally in love with our stunning new laminate floors. Thanks to Rita and team for great service.

Stay away from this contractor. Poor workmanship and non-existent after sales service.

We used this contractor to lay 216m² of laminate wood floors. The workmanship and quality can not be faulted and the floor looks great. However, I was confused with the initial quote that covered a bigger surface than what was needed and was told that it included waste". I specifically instructed the project manager to count every single box that was brought to the house and to keep track of "waste". During the 2 day period of installation
