Excellent services provided to Blue Valley Golf & Country Estate on Several occasions

I've sent 2 tvs in for repairs it only had a power problem. The guy said i will get it back in 2 days. They advertise they do on site repairs but they convince you it can only be done at the workshop in Randburg. When i started to ask questions they told me its in Pretoria and then in Thokoza. After more than a month of trying to get my tvs back he just dropped it of at a random security gaurd of the complex on a Sunday not even back to me. One of my tvs screen is now broken. Do not give your tvs to this people. The service is unbelievable bad and they give you the run around if you ask them what is going on. Now one of my tv's is completely useless.

I had issues with my Hisense TV, it was fixed under an hour, You're such an awesome human. I am very pleased with the service, to think I was going to get a new TV but you travelled all the way from Randburg to fix my TV. Thank you so much... Would definitely recommend you to others!!

Called Jabulani last night about my tv that was completely dead. He came to my place early this morning. Within 30 minutes my tv was repaired. Thank you Jabulani.

Good Service, i needed to repair my tv which kept switching off, they came through and fixed it, but a few minutes later the tv started giving issues again, the technician came back immediately to troubleshoot again and fix the issue. We eventually replaced the tv with one from Falcon TV repairs as a trade in and a small amount toppup. They were able to provide me with a bigger, second hand tv with the similar brand .

What a great service.I was able to have my TV repaired the next day, in-house.Under 30mins of time spent and my TV is 100%.I highly recommend.

Had no enough money to pay for repairs after l was quoted R5000 by Samsung on backlight repairs but Falcon charged us way less than 50% of what was charged on my Samsung 58inch. Thank you Jabulani @falcon tvs
