Absolutely brilliant service from Tyrone! So helpful and what an overall fantastic experience.

Not cool that sometimes the place is offline and only operational the next.Could not pay Wi-Fi and for the 12 hours i needed it I had to hotspot for my daughter as well and used over a gig on my phone data.The overall staff component are helpful although my last visit I arrived to a growing queue while a trainee sat on a personal call in full view of every one.Personal calls should happen away from clients so we don't feel asif we are being treated with impunity

Absolutely Useless. I made two visits to the branch and they could not get my number ported.

Terrible experience!!! Almost every engagement with MTN via the customer support centre, walk in store, email and online feels extremely frustrating and pathetic. Staff seem disengaged and disinterested to help customers. Feels like engaging with an ineffective government department. Packages are more suited to the company's benefit over the benefit of the customer. Almost never have stock of the phones they advertise. Cherry on the top they advertise a package price then tell me I can't take up the package and have to be forced into a zero data package because I am on the old system". How are MTN's system issues

I had to go in twice before they could sort out my contract. Then they gave my phone away to someone else and promised me a replacement the next day. They did not deliver on this promise (branch manager herself failed in this regard).No one answers the phone when you call in so I assume a third trip is now in order.Terrible and disappointing service on so many levels

Very rude and pathetic lady that works there. Eating on the counter and licking her fingers. Unbelievable.

Local MTN store offers quick friendly service as well as a wide range of products. It is also the only cellar provider outlet in the Randridge shopping centre.

A extremely rude staff member refused to help me with my phone which was blacklisted by MTN Fraud dispite me beign a Vodacom customer and providing proof of purchase of the device.In summary she she called me slow and stupid, did not want to use the system to look up anything, refused to call headoffice, fraud or their call center.Said I must call the call center which I did but you need to be an MTN customer to speak to anyone or you wont get past the voice prompts.Then she tried to upsell me on a MTN prepaid sim so I can call 135 the call center.She also refused to log a ticket saying she needs a MTN number.After a half hour argument I stormed out and went to another branch who helped me without any issues. There is nothing this staff member did that the other one could not do. My phone is still blacklisted but I have a ticket number now. Hopefully this gets sorted soon.

Be prepared te go into the branch 6 times to get your contract sorted out. I wish I understood the language the staff was talking. It was definitely not English.

Pathetic Service. Doesn't phone back with feedback when they say they will. I have tried phoning the store more than once - no answer. How can a business be run like this? No idea of the CPA and the cooling down clause. They are very aware of their own T&C's but something think they are above the law.Poor service on top of escalated prices! IT's time to review your customer service MTN.From a very disappointed client.
