I have never been treated so bad in my life, the agents are so unprofessional and they don't even care. I moved into an apartment and it's been a week now but I still don't have access to the gate and my toilet is not working. Their agents never callback to give any feedback when you requesting for something instead you constantly have to call them back. Their service is appalling, disgusting in fact and I wonder if one of the agents can stay in a place where the toilet is not working and do not have access to the gate for a week. I always get late to work due to access and even after knocking-off from work I have to wait outside for a while before I can drive in, what kind of a life is that????

I don't know if my attention is on Remax but I'm not happy with how they run business. They seem to be in competition with their clients. I saw a few cheap properties that became unavailable on the market only to resurface in the market as Remax exclusive properties. They were all over R200 000 more expensive. That's terrible for most of us who are limited in terms of finance. Sadly, they're also an American company.

These people have some apartments at African spirits. The treatment that you will get from this company is very bad. They have unprofessional and bossy agents who will treat you like a stranded person. I will not advise you to use this company if you're are looking for accommodation in polokwane. Read reviews before you commit yourself into something that will regret at the end.

Remax Polokwane doesn't have any customer service at all! I have been struggling to view a property to rent for about a week now. Messaging the agent every morning with promises to come back to me, but no reply at all.
