Best service ever. i have been goin to Specsavers merebank about 25 years. always have a very pleasant expierence. Vaneshree and the staff are very friendly and caring. i have recomended many of my friend and family to them.

I had taken my daughter to have her eyes tested and had an exceptional experience, service was 100% and the staff there were very friendly and helpful especially Nerissa. I would highly recommend this branch ❤️

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Took my father to specsavers to purchase new glasses. Was treated with the best care possible from their optometrist Prashna. She never rushed my father to choose a frame and made sure each lense was suited for my dads left and right eye. He went to multiple optometrists and was never satisifed with his glasses. Safe to say he cant take these ones off ever. Everyone was so caring and friendly. The receptionists always greet you with a smile and go the extra mile. 10/10 would recommend

I would strongly advise to use a different company. We rely on these companies to help us to see better but their quality of frames and service from employees are pathetic! Prenisha asked me to pay for a new frame when it broke and this was less than 3 months old (without even checking her records of when i paid) Struggling without glasses since the 30th December 2021. Shannon the manager has taken over the complaint. Let's see what happens. Highly frustrated!! I am using a spec from 2017 which has broken as well!
