Clicks Pharmacy Glengariff

By far the worse Clicks I've come across. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful, always long unnecessary queues at the pharmacy and just an unpleasant experience every time I have to go there.

I was very disappointed with the service I received at Clicks Pharmacy Glengariff.The pharmacy was understaffed and, therefore, my waiting time was long. Once my number was eventually called, the pharmacist provided inaccurate guidance concerning the use of magnesium pills for sleep, which was then corrected by a colleague. If I had not already been advised by a nurse, I would not have questioned the advise given by the pharmacist and may have have not taken the needed medication.In addition, one of the medication's guidance advises taking 1 to 3 pills. Online reviews strongly discouraged using 3 pills; however, the pharmacist advised strongly that I take 3 pills. I found that after this point, I did not trust the input from the pharmacist.

This Clicks has the worst Pharmacy in the country, always a long wait because of insufficient or incompetent staff.

For slow, inefficient service with a growl, this is the very place. Takes at least 15 minutes for the shortest request from the pharmacy, and really bad attitude too. There's an excellent pharmacy less than a km down the road in green point which has great service with a smile.

The variety in store is very limited and the queues are always long and service is extremely slow!

Always understaffed. Locum pharmacist sitting in the back. ? Working at all. Unsupervised pharmacy assistant x 1 serving long queue of customers. Back again to collect meds not available at my last visit. An antihistamine and a statin (seriously!). Back in a queue with very little movement just to collect again.

Worst Clicks ever. I was first in the queue and waited 25min for my script to be filled. Unprofessional pharmacist asked me why the hell" I folded the script. Takes forever here. If you can avoid them. Try Artem Clicks (always friendly) or skip and go to Dischem! Absolutely horrific experience. Ps. also they really can do with more sanitizer stations."

The slowest customer service ever. I absolutely dread having to pick up my repeat prescriptions there!!!I cannot wait to move next month so I dont have to go there anymore!!!

Worst clicks ever. They kept helping people behind me, when I went to ask for help they told me are busy with some other stuff. I was in pain that day and I had my prescription with me however that did not help. I had leave to get help elsewhere

Why is this Clicks always so slow ??? Do not come here if you have the idea to pop in.
