I found them extremely efficient and helpful, just one lady who lied and said she didn't work there then promptly got keys from one office and opened the door for card collections. But aside from that all very good

Terrible, can't keep to their schedule for tests, and once completed 2 hours in another line of waiting just to make payment. Also the people waiting for services seem to be herded like cattle. Very rude.

I arrived at 7:30 n was refused to enter the premises . They stated they only take 50 a day .Staff at the gates where absolutely rude . I was well before the opening time as stated on the internet which says 8am. I wouldnt recommend ANYONE to go there .

Very disorganized, long wait and electricity outages are a huge problem. The generator doesn't operate the renewalals, only if you doing your driver's license test.

I got here at 6am. We were queuing outside the gate. By near 8, we were allowed in. Sitting on benches under a structured roof with 3 closed sides. Cool. But we are still sitting at 09h30. Must be a system fault. At least not in the sun. And not so many people. Thank you Municipality.

Got there at 5.30 to queue. Staff arrived at 7.30 and at 8 (when they open) we were handed out these pieces of paper (on a bright, sunny day). Not only have they been offline for nearly a month, they are also wasting paper unnecessarily everyday.

applied for the renewal of my drivers licence card in February 2022 we in august 2022 still haven't received my card.i have called over 100 times no assistance and phone just rings our country is falling apart the work ethics is non existence however every one wants to get paid and no one wants to work and this is our taxes we are paying for a service we do not receive

If i could give a negative, I would. Absolutely ridiculous. Slow service, disorganized queues and people being slotted in before us by staff. Over6 hours wait just to book a learner’s license.

Terrible service. The staff were either on their cell phones or talking amongst themselves continually or eating while helping the people .Most people in the queue had taken the day off work and were told to come back tomorrow because there was loadshedding. The people who were first served was the ones who paid there way which is totally unacceptable. Total lack of commitment, total lack of management and total lack of organization.
