The Local Choice Pharmacy Litekem

I find this pharmacy one of the best in town, even if it’s late (they open everyday till 11pm) the staff always welcomes you with a smile. They are very attentive and help where they can. I got sick once inside the pharmacy and the staff was excellent in the manner of assisting me and saved me from the embarrassment while helping me to clean up. The medicine is cheap and although they don’t stock everything they always willing to source. I like the fact that they need prescriptions, it means they follow legislation so all you 1 star review get with the program. Litekem is amazing and your go 2 emergency chemist. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For Fagri & his team!!

Horrible service forever mix up with orders no order within the Cape Town branch store if there were to be better management overseeing the staff and online ordering it would be far better to walk or drive out to a pharmacy then ordering online with them multiple misunderstandings

Great pharmacy though need to do something about all of the dodgy characters up to unscrupulous activities on the street outside. There are all sorts of ne'er-do-wells including druggies, miscreants and scoundrels which does not make for an inviting entrance. Would suggest they hire a security fellow or city of cape town sends more security officers to the area as it cannot be good for business to have such activities being conducted in the heart of this wonderful city.

How is it possible to charge so much more for a prescription medication than other local pharmacies...For instance... Symbicord R415, CLICKS R340...Local is not always lekker...Would you refer YOU to others knowing this??...

Looks can be deceiving - This pharmacy HAS the BEST service in town!!!! Friendly, helpful staff, always willing to go the extra mile and so darn affordable.They are open till kingdom come (11pm! even on Sundays) and offer a delivery service as well...Despite its appearance the team is doing a fantastic job at delivering everything to good standard, I'll will keep coming back.Keep up the great work Litekem Darling Street :)

Excellent staff, very helpful, reasonably prices and open till late. Ive been going there since childhood with my dad.

I moved to the CBD from Vredehoek six months ago and have been using this pharmacy since then. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, affordable prices, short waiting times and open late. If something isn't in stock they will order it for you and they also do free delivery. You can't go wrong!

Racially profiled by employee in this establishment refused medication terrible attitude from this individual first time experience worse of all time thought we are living in a rainbow nation country where respect and friendliness is a norm clearly not in this facility to imagine being killed by a person refusing to give medication then had to go to gardens where treatment was given without all of this nonsense by this person this is not a place to go to if you are of African nature never seeking help from this facility again very much racist
