Rude staff, and conduct themselves unprofessionally towards customers who are actually interested in buying. It’s too much trouble to help you…but they are very quick in wanting to go home, or do nothing. Sterns and Browns have classier service.

A friendly staff member was able to assist and others were too busy huddled at paypoint on their phones chatting.

An amazing place to buy rings , every time I've been there , the staff have been friendly and give me space to browse . Then when I am ready , I always go and ask them to help , bought my fianceés ring there a few months ago and couldn't be happy . The lady that helped me , really helped a lot .

Staff is very unfriendly, systems was offline for half an hour. No passion for client service. We had to knock on the security door so that they could open, all of the staff came running from the back. They did not assist us at all in what we needed. Wanted to wrap the product we bought, and the staff looked at each other looking to who should wrap the product and who not. The one lady was very arrogant towards us and left us so that the other staff should assist us. We are very dissapointed, other american swiss branches staff is very friendly and helpfull, but the Vaal Mall staff at american swiss is very unfriendly and client service is very poor.
