Great experience at Asmals HardwareParking space is a big problemI am a Asmals costumer for long .Very helpful workers.From the time,I was welcomed into the Hardware,ppl showed me to the entrance. Security showed me to the sanitizer. This is a covid free place.I got help finding and selecting the required materials. The assistor even advised me of my forgotten list.At the till I was treated well.Even the checkpoint was great.Exit point went very well.I had friendly experience in hardware and even at the warehouse.Thanks to management and staffs.

Service over the telephone is extremely bad, I had spoke to 3 people regarding pricings on their roof tiles, 1 person did not contact back even after saying they would. Very disappointed.

Ow no the prices are good but customer service is a nightmare. I paid for my staff there and go away with a slip written '' PAID TO TAKE'' then I changed my mind in a certain item then I wanted to change it and take the other I clearly remember it was the steel windows so I wanted to change it to meranti but yoh the lady at the till had no guts to help me she was very rude I even regretted using their hardware I had to go out and buy the windows I wanted to the nearby hardware. Then I came back the next day to collect my staff and I never looked back.

It's an extremely busy place only because of affordable materials of good quality they sell. The customer service is top notch. The place is wheelchair accessible but I wouldn't advise a wheelchair user to use the place as it's extremely busy and it will be a challenge to maneuver in the place with a wheelchair.From the Entrance to whatever that you are looking for, there's someone always available to assist you and to also make sure you get assistance at the till point to your car or whatever transportation waiting for you outside. They provide delivery transportation for bigger products at a low cost depending on where it needs to be delivered. I was very impressed with the place and give it 10/10 on everything.

Very comprehensive hardware that has almost everything under one roof. Prices are competitive. Can get busy at times but service is good.
