Dr. Gouws removed a mole from my back and put my stitches too tight. Then she refused to acknowledge that I have infection in the stitches. I eventually went to a different doctor not at healthworx and got medication for the infection. Dr. Gouws also sent in samples to the labs despite me telling her I can't pay for it. The lab results are ready but she hasn't called me after 2 weeks. Very bad service. Never going back there again

Without a doubt, THE WORST Medical Centre in Montana. They chase away patients who owe an amount of less than R350.00?!?!?!? Not that they even notify patients in the first place of the debt but embarrass the patients by telling them please leave the building until they can pay the amount. Please don't go there if you need urgent care! Seriously, get your admin department in shape. Notify people in time and become health workers who care again. Currently, your reputation for bad client management and horrible debtors department is causing a loss than impacts more than financial levels. Not all who need care can even afford R350.00 in the middle of the month....

I was told the doctors are fully booked and I can be helped tomorrow??Walked in on a Sunday afternoon in hopes to see a doctor because I couldn’t drink or eat anything over the past 24 hours because it was painful and I was experiencing tummy spasms which also affected my sleep.Look, I can understand that appointments are required and that can work for certain issues.Though if you’re beginning to feel the effects of being dehydrated and your stomach has been in pain for hours you really cannot make an appointment for the next day.In pain, shock and disgust I had to walk away because I needed to be seen to as soon as possible.

Well done on keeping patients informed re waiting periods. I appreciate the efficiency and the professionalism.

Our experience was great, but their billing is terrible. After being told that this the amount we need to pay and then a week later they send you a bill for an outstanding balance, so be prepared for unexpected expenses.

Reception was rude- as per usual given all the other reviews. Dr was in quite a rush to go home so wasn’t happy with consultation. I felt like I was just another number to meet their budget targets. Total waste of money.

Had a little emergency in the form of a gash in my leg and got an appointment for 10 min after my call. Was helped immediately after my arrival. Very quick efficient and very friendly doctor and staff. Five stars, would give 10 if I could.

I just want to thank the dentist that help me so nicely today. And for the excellent service I have received. They will definitely see me again. Thank you once again.
