We tried the dunked wings here also with our main meal and compared to what we had in Berea,East London,also very disappointing. Generally it looks like service levels across the country dropped,KFC staff treat you as if they doing you a favor.

Atrocious service from this branch. Was not delivered an item, after approx 8 phone calls through voicemail, and incompetent staff, still not rectified.

The shop was fresh and clean. Cashiers weren't in good mood. Staff will always set the mood their in control it's their store.

For the first time, after placing my order for a 9 piece at drive thru, received my food from a friendly guy speaking afrikaans, with a broad smile on his face, saying to us ek het vir jou lekker stukkies ingepak meneer!" What a surprise."

You need to be prepared to wait for longer. Their orders exceed the 15 minutes sometimes and that's worrisome. Otherwise everything is fine. I was so happy with the final product after all as it matched the value.

I ordered and paid waited 15minutes to find out they skipped my order. Another 15minutes later the give me half my order and I complained and they act like its the customers fault. Finally got my order in the end.Worst KFC I have ever seen. Would recommend them to seriously look at the competence of their staff.It should be fast food not order and wait 45minutes for your food to be the wrong order.
