Been coming to this Sorbet for the past 3 years, Lebo was great but left. I’ve never seen the owner. Had an appointment, they called to reschedule for 10:30 (9am was my appointment) because of loadshedding. That was okay. On day, I was 5-10 minutes late for the appointment, and when I got there- the receptionist was eating, said to me sorry we have no power, there’s a fault. Asked why she didn’t call me, all she said was she was sorry. Breakfast was more important.

It's a much nicer environment since the renovations. It really depends on who you get as your beautician. There are some very capable and lovely ladies at this salon!

I don’t normally leave negative reviews but it was a genuine unpleasant experience. I was kept waiting, I had to search for the room I was to receive service, the attitude of the therapist was unfriendly, the session was interrupted and the wax was far too hot (especially for a bikini). I then had to wait whilst it was blown cooler. To be fair I have had good experiences here before but this sessions has guaranteed that I won’t come back.

Zero customer service with attitude. I had a waxing appointment the day before I was going on vacation. My appointment was booked in advance. I was called as hour before my appointment to say that my therapist was not well and another therapist could not accommodate, so they are canceling. Even after hearing my predicament they were not willing to help. Thank God for Sorbet Killarney, they came through for me even though it was last minute. To avoid disappointments, my advice is to stay away from Sorbet Parktown.Shetal- Parkwood
