Isisa Healthcare

Isisa has left me over the Christmas period to take care of my mom on my own because their care givers are sub standard. I have asked replacements for Busi (did not know what to do in an emergency and could not read my address), Petunia (gave my mother her morning medication at 12 midday after asking me, despite me orientating her and writing everything down in detail including times) and Lina (snoring in the chair as the night caregiver. Mom called twice and then asked “is anyone there” while I was working in the lounge overhearing everything. I had to go to my moms aid. Lina became aggressive and I had to call the police after confronting her and asking that she leave my home). I am being punished for Isisas bad caregivers. They are not client centric, they don’t manage their caregivers or take client needs seriously.

I have experienced really bad care givers from Isisa and would not recommend them. I keep having to look for new carers.
