Pathetic service. Quick to quote but after payment is made. It’s nearly impossible to get hold of them. I was promised my item would be dispatched immediately. A day later and I still can’t get confirmation of the dispatch. I was told Jaco who is the salesperson I dealt with is too busy to get back to me.That is poor service. You can use them at your own risk but I highly recommend that you don’t.

I dealt with saleslady Chloe. What a friendly & efficient lady. The quotes were promptly sent, along with information requested. Once the invoice was sent and payment made at 13:50 in the afternoon, the courier company was at their door at 14:10 and my order was delivered overnight to my door in Cape Town by 10:15 the next morning (and this all at a surprisingly low & acceptable courier fee). The same efficient process transpired with the second shipment - all done and dusted overnight. Thank you Chloe for your great service & manner.
