From the moment I called your offices to the time that you arrived to assist with the repair to my tumble dryer. You have all been so professional, pleasant, friendly and answered all my questions with a smile in your voices. When you said that you would be here at between 10 and 11 o clock true to your words you were here and I even received a courtesy call to advise me that you were on your way.To repair my machine it had to be taken to your workshops as it was not something that could be done on the premises I was given a quote and was told that I would be kept updated which your company did and within a few hours my machine was returned to me looking like a brand new machine again. Before leaving my premises after returning my machine everything that had been done to repair my machine was explained to me even though I had already received a detailed invoice from your company I was also shown that it was in full working order and then only once I was totally satisfied did your staff leave the my premises. I am so glad that I chose to do business with Appliance repair King Durban. I will definitely recommend you to both my family and friends. We are often quick to complain but sometimes forget to compliment the people that go the extra mile. Really super service! I just had ARK over to fix my washing machine and they were in and out in 20 minutes - everything repaired and with a 3 month guarantee on the work and parts. Mark and Megan were quick and efficient and cleaned up the space so kindly after themselves (I was really embarrassed how much dryer lint was floating around behind the machines!) - it's all running smoothly. Would definitely use their service again and recommend to everyone I know. Ella (on comms) is also very clear and makes the whole process easy to follow and resolve for both her team and the client.

I did a tumble dryers/washing machine training(Jan.2023)course and made already half of my money back.Will go back for another course.Mark and his wife Ella will assist you for 6 months afterwards when you do the course but I know they will assist you for life(very friendly people).I put my stars where it belongs .cheers

Thanks for your awesome service while fixing my washing machine. Previous local repairer diagnosed wrong and did not want to repair it as it is an old machine. Mark and his team diagnosed it over whattsapp with photos and some info and came to pick it up the same day. Although I had to wait a week for the ordered part, which was no problem on my side at all, it was delivered the next day after it was repaired. The machine works like a dream. Washes perfectly. Thanks so much for great service from the whole team. We will definitely use you for future repairs. Hope you will be blessed with many more happy clients.

We fixed an LG washing machine and tech finished job at my home. Service were very proffessional and machine were up in running within an hour with no outstanding issues. I refuse to use any other appliance repair service in the future as service were brilliant and professional. Tech were friendly and very approachable. Well done Appliance repair king!!!
