If I could give less than 1 star I would. Customer service doesn't just end once the customer has paid but apparently that's the way they work. Would not recommend. Once they have your money they don't care.

I’m not one to complain but I am truly not happy. I purchased a bonnet protector from them just under a month ago. The initial service was good. They fitted it and all was good. This past weekend while driving the bonnet protector broke and hit my windscreen and shattered into a million pieces. I was not speeding and there wasn’t heavy winds. No reason for this to have happened. I went back and they blamed the wind. I am not unreasonable but this was not my fault. They refused to replace it or even look into what happened. There could have been a factory defect but they said this isn’t possible ? Long story short, I now need to purchase another one. Needless to say, I won’t be purchasing anything else from them. After sales service is terrible.
