I was amped to try this place based on the reviews (with exception of some), however, I will be adding to the exception of some".The chicken in the Fire Bird burger didnt smell lekka and my wife couldn't be convinced to take a bite. I also ordered 3 shakes which look great in the photos

First time trying them and it doesn't disappoint the food is fresh flavourful and spicy, well the Fire Bird is a winner. Service was prompt and professional and they also assisted with some specific requests such as no garnish for my niece. I will definitely be back for more

Awesome burgers, fries and milkshake. Had the bacon and cheese burger (comes with its own chips), choclate milkshake and ordered a side of cheesy fries with jalepenos. Everything was top notch, except the cheesy fries with jalepeno, not a lot of flavour to the sauce and the jalepenos weren't spicy at all. Would definitely recommend everything else and we will be back to try a different burger and shake combo.

Absolutely worst service/experience ever in a take away establishment. Waited 1hour 30min for a burger, 6wings, and Jalapeno cheese balls. The lady taking orders closed the door at around 18:00 and turned the door sign to close, because they couldn’t cope. Did not engage the customers, and when confronted about why it’s taking so long, either ignored or us, or was blatantly rude. One customer including me started asking for our money back, but they could not do that either. The other customer walked out without food, and without their money. This place will never see me again. Advice to the owner… Install a camera to see what’s going on in your establishment. Or better yet go spend some time there.

It was one of the worst BBQ rib experiences I had in a while, ordered 600g ribs with smoked BBQ sauce and some bacon cheesy fries.I am not sure what happened but one edge was burnt on the one rack, it tasted like charcoal...The other rack was at least cooked but had a really funky taste, it didn't smell bad or off, it just did not taste as it should taste. (I am not really sure how to describe it)Sauce was nonexistent on both racks which basically just made the ribs taste like it was boiled in water and then warmed up over a fire to get the smoked" feeling of a "BBQ" rib.Then the cheesy fries. Food is really good, although pork balls could use a little more pork, and the quality of how it's fried varies between orders. Don't go expecting good service though... some of the most unfriendly you'll experience.Waiting 1h30m tonight and I still don't have my food. Serious logistics issues here ..

Pork bombs have gone down scale since smokey bandits moved to cobble walk. Its more cheese, less pork and it doesnt get fried properly and falls apart before you can take a bite. Weve tried it several times to see if it was just one bad case but unfortunately not. Can they please sort it out and bring back the good quality they had before. It used to be the best bombs in Capetown but not anymore.
