The Raj restaurant at the SOHO and Raj express never disappoint. The food is fresh, and absolutely yummy. All the people at the table couldn't stop raving about the food. The service ia friendly and a lovely atmosphere to have a celebration.

Just had supper at the Raj. Very disappointed. A few years back we are here and it was great. So decided to have it again since we back at Sun city.The food is disappointing and very over priced, we had the paneer spicy curry, it lacks flavour almost taste like it was from a sachet.Also be warned the naan contains eggs

Went to The Raj in Sun City last night, very disappointed in the food, the chicken briyani was so tasteless had to even add my own salt to the meal. My husband had a butter chicken, which was chicken and sauce for R150 that gets served with nothing you have to pay extra for rice or naan bread, which is ridiculously expensive for what you get. We were a table of 8 people, and everyone felt it was a waste of money going to The Raj. Service I cant really comment on, that was absent from the time we were sat down. When going to a Indian cuisine restaurant a person would expect to be blown away by flavor. which we didn't experience, don't think I will go back again. The only compliment I can give is the naan bread was good.

Food was amazing. Masala was out of this world. The lindt ball dessert is one of the best I've had. Highly recommend.

Food was good. We had a lamb and a chicken curry. Both were prepared fresh and and tasteful. Pricing on the higher side but it’s Sun city so nothing is cheap.

Went there on Friday night. About 6 waiters at the door looked very uninterested in seating us. Gave us a table and ignored us for a good 10 minutes until I got one's attention and he took the drink orders. Couple walked in after us, seated immediately and were told the specials/offers/reccomended meals for the day and their drinks order taken immediately, I saw the family after them received the same treatment. We ordered starters, theb left, couldn't bear giving such horrible service any more of my money. The Sheekh kebabs were dry and horribly chewy. Samoosas were great but I am so grossed out at the horrible waiters.
