New CAT phone faulty. Phoned call centre to try and arrange collection at Repair Centre. Been waiting over a week for collection and no response when trying to get hold of the Call Centre number. Very disappointed with both the phone and service from CAT.

CAT phones are marketed as rugged and reliable. Avoid their devices at all costs, two failures in less than one year is ridiculous for their top end phone that isnt used in an office environment is unacceptable. They will do the bare minimum to repair your device and it is likely to fail again. Rather buy a cheap android phone as it will last longer and perform better.

Good Evening.I would not recommend a CAT phone to anybody. Battery life doesn't last. Thermal camera heats phone up above 35 degrees.I have burnt broken via dropping my phone the screen and cover brokeI have replaced the phone 1 week later I burnt the RAM chip due to overuseSo please don't waste your money

They decided to close early. I struggled to find the business park in Lonehill.. I wanted to buy a new charger, perhaps book my phone in for repairs if the new charger wasn't solving the problem. One can only buy a new charger from the repair agents.. via email...they are in Boksburg. Last time I buy CAT. CAT S61 for sale. Still under warranty
