The Body Shop Constantia Village

The most horrendous customer service experience I have ever received. I don't suggest going here at all.I purchased an item on sale and then decided to go back and return it for something else they refused to give me my full credit. The Manger had an attitude and told me I needed anger management classes and one of her staff members body shamed me.If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would. I had to pay R60 more than necessary on the product. I am highly disappointed. I have been buying from bodyshop for about 10years and my mom an even longer time. CI don't think I'll ever buy a product from them again.UpdateThe Regional Manger sorted out the problem. I got my credit and a products for my troubles. I will probably buy from bodyshop again but not that bodyshop.

Terrible experience. Please place the correct prices on your items as it is very irritating when you stand in a long line and the items are incorrectly labeled and priced.Very poor and the manager good havehandled the situation better. Poor customer service.Won't be back again.

Great body shop, staff very polite and helpful

The Body Shop @ Constantia Village has been a welcome surprise for me! Having been back in Cape Town for a while now, its been interesting comparing Cape Town's general customer service attitude with other major cities in the world. The staff were very accessible and friendly, assisting me with all my questions with a smile and good product knowledge. I initially went to the store in search of a body shimmer spray for a friend. I ended up leaving with more than I came for. The saying This Is A Man's World" we think of as pretty archaic. However I think most men do not feel that its much of a man's world when walking into a "beauty shop"

Way too expensive and seriously overrated in my opinion. You can find much better beauty products for your skin that actually contain only natural ingredients at an affordable price elsewhere.

Lovely young ladies who provide great and friendly service

Closed at 13.15 on Sunday 19 Feb. Came to CV specifically for this store. No sign on the door indicating a reason. There was load shedding so I guess staff got lazy and went home without caring about potential customers.Edit: came back here on another day (a Saturday this time) and it was closed again! Way before the supposed hours

Amazing store atmosphere and excellent service from Tara-Lee. She helped me pick out the perfect shampoo.
