I am a pensioner, therefore l go shopping on Tuesdays for pensioners discount. Many times now l have been overcharged on items that are supposed to be on special. How many other people has this happened to on a daily basis, irrespective if you are a pensioner or not?. The 1st time l complained, it was well over R21, l was told by the powers that be to stop complaining as l did get a pensioners discount!! You don't get pensioners discount on already discounted items, which l am aware of! He was loud and rude to me, so l stopped going there, lo and behold, they are still doing it. Love the shop and the staff, but not management. Please check your till slips when buying specials or you will loose out!!

Its nice to do your shopping hereThey have everything you could ever hope to find at this store.There's plenty of free parking and lot's of shops on the premises you can visit.There's a pharmacy a hair dresser, pizza outlet a restaurantfish shop liquor store clothingshop ,biltong shop, and spur is also there. Highly Recommended.

By far the best pick n pay in South Africa. I'm always impressed by the customer service I receive when doing my shopping here. The variety of products and foods are always never ending. Love love love. 5 out of 5!

they don’t answer their calls! i’ve called at least 6 times & it just rings. no one picks up which means they just let the telephones ring.

Terrible place to shop. Charge normal prices on items that's on special, don't respond to complaints via email, fruit is bad quality (lemon & sweet melon went off within a day). Staff are rude (besides the one young man who went over and beyond to assist me - and I forgot his name now). The teller have to wait for a superviser to accept a manual smart shopper card entry because they cannot scan it from the app - said superviser is too busy chatting and taking her time to assist the teller, then when she finally arrives are rude and don't even bother to greet the customers. Never like GB PnP and if I had a choice, I would much rather go to Checkers.

Pick n Pay Gordon's Bay
I gave them 5 stars 2 years back, but since then they just went backwards. Every single time in the last month that I went to buy few things, they were out of stock of some of the items on my list. Things like Asparagus, rocket, cherrie tomatoes, Chinese egg noodles to name a few.
