Pathetic front end service at the pharmacy, please have replacement staff to help customers whilst your other staff members are away on lunch. Waiting 20 mins to get a box of pain medication is ridiculous. The rest of the staff at the back of the pharmacy just look at you waiting and nobody else behind the counter to help.

Staff here feel it’s a chore to attend to or even acknowledge customers in the store. Both the cashiers and the pharmacy staff might notice you but don’t seem to care, almost as if they’re being forced to work here.
