I've gotten used to waiting a good few days for online sites to even dispatch the goods, so I was completely blown away when I received my goods on Monday morning after ordering on Friday! Wow - Strand hardware has completely exceeded my service expectations. Fantastic! And the hardware I bought is awesome too! :-)

5 stars all the way.- I feel welcome everytime I walk through their doors.- There's always a willing and knowledgeable consultant ready to help.- They were prepared to give me a small discount on my goods, even though I didn't make a huge sales order.- I had a after sales problem or two. Which was not ideal. However it was dealt with swiftly and as a matter of urgency.Always an all round pleasant experience dealing with the Strand team.

I purchased a new Bosch table saw and noticed on setting it up that the blade was slightly out of alignment. I contacted Strand Hardware and they suggested I bring it in to be checked. They concluded it was a manufacturing error and replaced the saw without question and even went so far as to provide tools to check alignment of the replacement. All round we were very impressed right from the start with their product knowledge, honesty and customer service.
