Virgin Active Gym Parklands
I worked for Virgin Active for 6 years, I know the expectations ,level of service and health and Safety protocols. Parklands VA is very nice gym to train at it just needs abit of ground rules to be implemented for better experience. 1) Assistance when entering the club without waiting. 2) Health and Safety, weights lying on the floor thats already a near miss and a accident waiting to happen. Other than that the club is very clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and approachable.

Has everything I need to work out. Like the layout with the center reserved for group workouts and the locker rooms being right there on the floor.

My go to gym, how can I not love it. What would make it better would be the warnings before certain equipment is under renovation.

Very good gym with great equipment and friendly staff. The only issue I have is that the Air con doesn't always work, which makes it a bit uncomfortable when working out.

Virgin Active Gym Parklands
They have good equipments. The cardio section has machines to use during peak hours.The classes are excellent, I like the interactions with the trainers. The classes are very engaging and easy to follow.The steam room and Sauna are my favourites.The only shortcoming is lack of generator during loadshedding for machine use. If they could get generators to fully function then I'll give them a 5 star

I won't say it's the gyms fault for that but ,the people don't re rack their weight, there's literally no gy etiquette.Also why have American equipment it's not even user friendly.

Very nice gym. Only problems are the faulty machine's take to long to repair and they can definitely work on the cleanliness in the bathrooms

Virgin Active Gym Parklands
Good environment, just the basics no swimming pool or suana etc...most importantly there is no bench press machine... No flat, inclined or declined bench press bench ... Thats like the biggest muscle group there is the Smith machine although it's not enough for that muscle group...otherwise staff is friendly & the gym is neat...
