Beautiful place!!!

Weekend stay to participate in cycling race.Great chalets situated around a dam, with beautiful view on surrounding mountains and some antelope coming to drink water.Minor irritation was lack of space to hang one's clothes. Don't enjoy living out of a suitcase!

Basic accommodation but everything we needed. Open plan lounge, kitchen, dinning and sleeping. No power. Gas fridge. You get the gist. Stoep with view onto the dam was awesome. All the animals come to the dam to drink so you have the ideal spot and view. You are also facing the sunrise. Perfect. I'd stay there again with pleasure.

The location and setting of this jewel are forcing you to wind down and forget about all your stresses caused by fast moving modern world. The rock built cottage has a cozy feeling and equipt with everything you need. No network signal and only DC electricity to power the lights and fridge+freezer (no mobile phone charging). Don't worry, gas heater will give you hot shower and boiled water for perfect coffee. The cottage has a deck that overlooks a drinking hole, ensuring that you will see a wide variety of the available game while you enjoy a braai outside. There is a huge fireplace inside, a splash pool on the deck and an additional outside toilet overlooking the valley. Bring along a vehicle equipped for gravel roads and enjoy site seeing of all the animals around on this game farm. Priced way under its value! FYI, there is not a proper railing on the deck for your little ones and staircase can be tricky to use if using more beds that the queen bed in main area.
