They wrapped all our furniture with cardboard and plastic, a service I didn’t even pay for; neither did I expect them to. They took care of my furniture as if it were their own. I was very impressed with the service I received from Atlanta Removals! They responded timeously to my emails and messages, they gave me a good price, my item of furniture was delivered in good condition, everyone concerned was friendly and helpful - I would definitely make use of them again!

We used Atlanta's services during our move from Dbn to Jhb. Thilen was friendly and accommodating to our needs. Staff were friendly and packaged our items well. However our problems began when our furniture and effects were delivered to Johannesburg. Turns out whilst parked at their depot in Jhb, due to a heavy rainstorm and a hole in their truck, our items were damaged beyond repair due to water damage. As per Thilen's quotation, we were covered by transit insurance. Initially he was apologetic and advised he would notify his insurance and settle with us. We went back and forth, days turned into weeks, promises were made and broken and 9 months later, we have still not resolved the matter. Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional behaviour.

Thank you Atlanta for bringing this magnificent cabinet all the way to us. Your guys are simply fantastic and your service gets a 1000000 out of ten every time! So fortunate to have found a transport company that we can trust and rely on. Means so much. Thank u

Amazing service from Thilen and his team. Punctual. Each item was professionally wrapped and handled with care. We had a problem with regards to our delivery address and Thilen was very understanding and accommodating. I would highly recommend Atlanta removals. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
