Waited a few weeks for a glass order. The glass that was received did not seem to be the same quality as the glass originally bought with the fireplace. At least the staff was friendly.

Nobody answers the phone, nobody at the factory site. Must be out of business. Need another supplier

Useless, useless, useless. Ask a simple question on where one can get Megamaster gas bottles filled - quite basic, and was told to phone Pretoria and ask them. Be warned normal places that exchange gasbottles will NOT fill Megamasters. Even Builderswharehouse happily sells the product but refuse to deal with the gas bottles. Oh, and Pretoria can not tell you either. No reason to complain about customer service, there is none to complain about. Next stop Twitter.

How does this business that specializes in products mainly used for weekend social activities, only operate from Mon to Friday, really??? In this day and age to be closed for business on weekends?? Unbelievable. And all would be forgiven if their digital presence at least was acceptable. Get with the times already.

I purchased...my Mega Master evaluation 500...best investment..I made..took me 1an half hour...to assemble...cordless drill will help..instruction booklet 1st class...cant wait to use it more...need the cook book now to complete....

I bought a second hand Megamaster gas braai that was about 4 years old. The braai has been standing outside and had considerable rust damage as well as one or two missing parts. I got in touch with Megamaster's Legae, who helped me identify the parts I needed, and sorted out delivery to Cape Town. Delivery was quick, service was good, and the parts are top notch. Very happy with my second hand purchase, and I look forward to many more happy years using my gas braai. Thanks Legae and the Megamaster team!
