My wife was there today and had a horrible experience there. She wanted waffles with our daughter and told it was broken. Then ordered an astro ice-cream and got marshmallows ice-cream (did not came and ask). Also ask for oreo milkshake but there was almost no oreo in it.She ordered 4 pizzas for take away afterwards. She waited 50minutes for it. It was not buzy(only 2 other tables) and others that came after her got there orders long before she got hers. She struggled to get hold of her waiter for 10min to ask what is going on.I am pretty sure it is the same owner that was at Jean Crossing and that was also horrible service.Will make a point of skipping them from now on!!(got a feeling the spur(lifestyle) is also his with also horrible service)

Ordered well done steak schnizel. Batter was burnt, steak was not well done, not even medium, got a rare steak. Extremely disappointing, went to McDonalds afterwards.

Very small Panarottis in comparison to others. Small play area only suitable for kids 3 years and younger. Service was slow and food was average

Ordered from you guys on Mr D order hasn't arrived and no one is answering the phone. Now it says that the restaurant isn't accepting orders anymore and is offline,Received pizza an hour late and its burned and poorly made. Would never support this restaurant again.

Not happy with the Quality of the waffles. The pizas was wonderful but the waffle toppings was extremely small. The is a bar one and the other one is a chocolate and koekies. We had to ask for extra bar one and extra koekies. You have to make sure that when you offer chocolate and koekies that you can atleast see the koekies and have a bit more chocolate sauce aswell as the bar one needed more bar one sauce. It's a sad day for us.

I don't know how big these guys are on family but they are definitely big on Pizza.They always provide me with amazing service and top notch Pizza. I usually get take away pizza and it does take a bit longer than other places. But worth it 100%

Horrible experience at this branch…felt like 1992 for me…it was friday 14th Jan @ 7:50pm and you close at 9. I walked in and was denied a seat yet there were over 7 empty tables. When I looked around all patrons belonged to a specific population group…I obviously would have added some color to the clouds. Plenty of of staff available crowded around the fire and plenty of seats with over an hour to go before you close…excuse for not giving me a seat is that you are too busy…i mean empty seats yet you are too busy…my patronage and money is obviously not the right color for panarotties. Waitress and manager refused to give me their names. Waited a few minutes for the manager to write down his name but eventually left without it..he was too busy entertaining other clients and it appears I didn’t meet the profile to warrant any action. Went to mimos and had a great family dinner. Disappointed with the way panarotties profile customers…check your camera footage and you will see my point…sies to you…never again

We went there this morning, and to be honest the service was pathetic, my partner got his coffee first and by the time his coffee was finished then only my coffee came. We ordered our meals with a side plate of chips, however the chips came as a starter and we had to wait quite a while before the rest of our meal came, by the time that came they gave me the wrong order. I didn't want to ask for it to be corrected as I knew I would then have needed to wait another 30 minutes. They never asked if we want anything else to drink whilst waiting for the food to arrive as our waiter was nowhere to be seen, felt like they wanted to do the bare minimum. I will never go there again. I wouldn't recommend Panarotti's at Centurion Lifestyle to anyone that's for sure.

You guys don't listen we asked for no tomatoes on pizza we get tomatoes. We asked for chocolate milkshake we get vanilla milkshake. If i can give advice rather go to the one at forest hill mall.

I had the most amazing drink in this heat wave we have at the moment. I would definitely recommend the Very Berry Cherry and the bannana Milkshake. Perfect for a nice cold beverage. Very friendly staff.
