I have never met rude people like this,I went to the store right now and the lady at the door was very rude to me.She even started calling the other teller saying woza uzongiaizala only because I was asking where I should pay the account since she said I can’t pay it in store, Yoh I’m so disappointed with their service I will never set my foot in that Telkom such level of rudeness is unacceptable.

Absolutely disinterested and zero product knowledge. Sales assistant not listening and playing with her nails and on her cell phone. Eventually called the manager. Also zero product knowledge. Told I can only get answers about a package AFTER signing a 2 year contract. Gave me another Telkom number for connections - number does not exist! Northgate doesn't answer their phones when tried to follow up. I expect the same answer from you that everyone else has got will TRY to do better next time" Your loss is a competitors gain - I must be clearly stupid to sign a contract with Telkom!"

I wish I could use NO STARS!!! The absolute worse service, its as ever they DON'T want to sell phones. I work in customer services and if I ever treated customers like this I would have been fired. Seriously fix your attitude towards customers. By the way I went to MTN and they helped me and I got my new iphone 13 Pro at that store....so jokes on you Telkom!!!

I don't know what is the deal with telkom and it's stock on the galaxy watches but it is getting bloody frustrating now. Its been a month, even more that you promise stock every week but yet again when I come in store to check there is no stock. Come on guys you are making me and a lot of others angry. We paying for products we can't even use and yet you advertise it with a smile

Under all circumstances avoid this store. They ignore all your call and when you go inbranch to follow up they say they don't have a telephone line for customers. They lie about stock levels and make you wait for stock even when it sitting in their branch. Eventually went to sandton and Got exceptional service.

I got a replacement sim yesterday morning, was told it takes 24 hours to activate, No guesses but still waiting for activation. Brian gave me the stores number but they never answer calls, very disappointing non service.Why do Telkom employees never answer calls, when it's their bread and butter? Must have tried a dozen times today.

Teller made me wait until she finished cashing up before she attended to me. After a 20minute wait she says I have to go to the branch where I set up my contract for assistance. What is this? 1995? Going to cancel my subscription and go to another internet provider. This was the final straw.
