Buhala Lodge
Simply amazing! You cannot imagine a better stay at Crocodile River and near the entrance of Kruger! Take the time to sit on the terrace watching the sunset over the river with a good Gin Tonic sundowner, lookout with your binoculars for Rhinos, Buffaloes, Hippos and more at both sides of the river. We heard and saw a lot of them!

The most beautiful location you can imagine... but add on the rooms, the service, the food, the drinks... this is definitely where you want to stay! We were here for a wedding and it could not have been more perfect! Our dietary restrictions were accommodated well and the food was delicious. We saw hippos in the river and lots of kudu, you will not get tired of the view! Highly recommend!!

Great boutique hotel overlooking the Crocodile River. Rooms and common areas nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Excellent food and service. WiFi not working in our room and no attempt made to fix it. We were told to use the common areas". Since the mobile reception is poor in the area

Our stay at Buhala was absolutely MAGICAL!From the moment you arrive you feel at home!Exquisite views, outstanding service, excellent food.Being able to sit on the veranda and watch animals roam along the Crocodile River was the highlight for me.An added benefit was the ability to play a round of golf at the world renowned Leopard Creek Golf ClubThis is a very special place indeed!Thank you Marjie and team! You are the BEST!

I would leave 10 stars if I could. Everything about Buhala is amazing. The accommodations are perfect, food is delicious, and location is superb. Sitting on their veranda overlooking Kruger was wonderful. We saw rhinos, elephants, wildebeest, water buff, and more. Best of all their staff was incredible. We love Buhala so much that we changed our plans to come back for another night.

OMG what a magnificent lodge. Rooms amazing a great layout first class facilities. Staff were amazing so attentive and friendly. Food was first class! Wildlife viewing from your balcony! You must stay here when visiting the Kruger - transfers to the Malalane Gate.

We stayed for a weekend and enjoyed both the hotel facilities and the safari service. Very nice installations and a perfect location with an amazing view of Crocodile River. Awesome staff who made us feel home.
