Absolutely shocking service!!!!!!!! No Communication, no response to queries, no return of phone calls, no commitment to deadlines, no attention to detail. Sloppy and inefficient. Useless management and personnel. Only effective person is Lisa the receptionist.

Absolutely fantastic service, Michele helped me out with a towbar for my polo on really short notice and the whole experience was seamless and professional. They definitely have me as a customer for life. All the staff members are friendly and professional.Update 6/6/23I had my second towbar fitted on a new car! Again excellent service from Michele and her team! You cannot go wrong by using this company!!
