Left laptop in to get repaired after windows update problem. No work done on it for a day poor communication with english being very bad. If you want prompt efficent service for laptop repair probably best to look elsewhere. I took my laptop home and will get it fixed at another location. Overall very frustrating experience

Terrible customer services / unethical behavior. Bought a universal charger from them which they assured me would work with a dell latitude 7430 laptop. Got home, charger does not work, return to them within 15 mins and they refuse a refund. A quick google and its evident that Dell has a proprietary chip in their charges to prevent the use of off brand charges - tell them this and they tell me I must bring my laptop in to check (its clearly not the laptop because I have another charger that works fine). So I must waste my time and bring my working laptop to them so they can try and get their piece of **** charger to work in it. No thanks! What a joke. Don't support people who have such unethical business practices.

Needed to upgrade my ram on my MAC with 2 x 8 gb DDR3'S. Not only did they have them in stock, when one turned out to be faulty it was replaced no problem. Friendly affable service. Kenneth is very knowledgeable.

Avoid at costs!I took in my Samsung Tv for repairs.The Tv was having problems staying on, taking a while power up and then loosing power. I was promised there for a quote because it was an easy fix.Just a blown capacitor and it would be ready the next day for collection.When I returned to the shop I was told it would cost R1500. The Tv turned on in the shop and I thought it was working. When I got home and installed the Tv there was the exact same problems.The unqualified technician came to my flat twice to come fix it and was incapable. I still sit with a broken Tv and the guy at the shop would only give me R500 in return.I wasted 3 days of my time and R1000.Please don’t make the same mistake as me.

What great service and support!!My Mac Air’s battery failed only after 233 cycles (should be 3 x that min)I was advised to go to see the folks at Fusion IT on Regent Rd, Sea Point (near Clarens Rd) The guys replaced the batt and the owner was even happy to open on Sunday morning as the install was only on a Sat pm.Do yourselves a solid and go see the folks at Fusion, you’ll leave smilling!

Fairly fast service to replace my iPhone battery but the new battery is worse than before. It doesn’t last a day with light usage.The guy told me the ‘unknown part’ message would go away after a couple of cycles but it hasn’t.A disappointing waste of money

i was so worried trying another laptop technician after my first experience in sea point. the owner literally told me his track record, showed me his accreditation. the team was keeping me informed and delivering an excellent customer experience. i highly recommend this business, for all laptop related issues
