Parking space inside. While I was shopping for textbooks I gave a lady there the list of stationery for her to put everything together for me. That was a time saver for me. Nice friendly staff. Sometimes they don't have a book or two on the school's list, but it helps that there is another book store just across the road.

It felt like the assistant didn't want to help me or she did, but decided to keep the book for someone else(their website showed that the book is available). Van Schaik saved the day. If you need school, start at Van Schaik, they have 2 branches that I know of around Pta.

I have been trying to get hold of Protea Bookstore Online for more than a week to hear when I'll get my order delivered. I call every day and the number is never answered. This morning I get hold of Protea Bookstore Pretoria and they promise me Online will call me back. Guess what, it's hours later and still no call back. Anyone else struggling to reach them?

A lot of books. Often need assistance to get books, I guess because there is not enough space to get all the books arranged to make it easier for one to find books. A lot of the books are also older versions

Honestly they got the job done but the staff act as if they’re going way out of their way to help you when it’s literally their job. It would be nice to see a friendly face that’s willing to help with all the confusion of navigating university especially after moving to a new province and not knowing anyone. They honestly made me feel so unwelcome.

Organize academy book shop, variety of books on all subjects you want. We are so lucky to get the car park easily. Thanks for concern about the hygienic at the spreading time.
