To the directors of Marshalls.Reservoir Hills branch.To whom it may concern.Patrons at this branch are allowed to smoke in the confines of the betting rooms without extractors . The smoking rooms are not isolated hence the betting rooms fill up with smoke.A few years ago I had a meeting with one of your managers but my pleas are being ignored and this practice continues.I am now going to get the Health authorities, The Gaming Board and Gold circle involved in this matter .
