A unique pittstop allowing for a nice cup of coffee or amazing vetkoek before you're on the road again. The shop has a lot of unique and interesting things to buy including some t-shirts and hats as well as more decorative pieces and games kr activities for kids! It was extremely busy when we visited, but the service at the café left something to be desired.

Great roadside restaurant and store. Good selection of homemade confectionery, jams and stuff. Really worth a stop. They also have great furniture and lots of interesting stuff that you could browse for a while.

Wow wow wow, what an excellent stop. I wish we stopped there on our first day in the area, we would have probably stopped there everyday then lol. The woodwork area to the right have some of the most beautiful wooden tables and chairs I've seen in a long time. The shop is well priced and not excessively overpriced like most places in the area. If you go to the restaurant are you definitely have to try the Milktart it's the best I've ever had, had to order a second slice. The pads padstal kondensmilk coffee and milkshakes is also really good. Then play area for the kids gives you this real animal farm style feel and our kids enjoyed it allot. Will definitely visit again.

Stopped of to purchase a few things on the way home to Benoni. No staff in the shops. No staff visible. Were in the shop for 10 minutes without contact with staff. Rang the bell frantically to get someone's attention. They seemed unimpressed to have to serve us.

Awesome Awesome Awesome loved this little place. Good food lovely little shop with some lovely goodies to buy and we bought amazing fresh hot plaasbrood and food was very good. The lemon meringue pie was totally as was the vettkoek and the baked cheesecake. Totally worth stopping there

Awesome kos oppi stoep! Strong coffee, huge pot of tea, out-of-the-oven farm bread, tasty chips (that hold their freshness and flavour hours later!), very friendly service and generous portion sizes. Value for money.The store has some unique decor items, candles, sauces, jams and even wooden furniture.Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Had a really unpleasant breakfast during loadshedding. The service was terrible, the food cold and they served ricoffi instant instead of filter coffee. Allowances must be made for loadshedding, but the staff were completely overwhelmed and didn’t create the right expectations in the first place. I won’t stop there again.

Great place. Relatively cheap, good food. Just don't plan on a quick visit. Both times I've been there we've probably waited 40 mins to an hour for food. But it does mean you can relax for a bit on your way to your destination.Also I should mention the attached shop selling various foods/furniture/curios is very pleasant to visit.
