Quality training paired with the perfect exercise ideology - get out what you put in. I've had plenty of trainers however Anthony has a unique ability to motivate you and achieve results. He's made me detest the word 'Yum'* but no one's perfect. Cancel your gym membership and try Lomax Fitness instead, you won't regret it!*IN JOKE: Train with Anthony and you'll get the reference.
