My unfortunate experience with RealNet, which now changed their name to Rengrow, that I feel compelled to share...Despite numerous attempts to receive final payment for a job I handed over in July 2022, I have yet to be compensated for the work carried out and materials purchased. The dustbin storage units that I designed and built on Thesen Island with additional scope of work added as a prerequisite for The Harbour Town Home Owners Association is being used on a daily basis, yet I am still awaiting payment.What's worse is that on sending the final invoice ad nauseum as well as various attempts to get hold of the owner, I finally received an email from a person whom I have never delt with or even met, personally attacking me on completed projects for RealNet that were paid for and signed off on. Their requirements were to always keep costs down as much as possible which I did to the best of my ability without compromising on quality.This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I fulfilled my end of the agreement in good faith, and I will not be treated this way. Let it be a lesson to all small business owners not to be taken advantage of.I have no idea how to proceed with obtaining my final payment from this entity, I wouldn't recommend working with them based on my experience. I hope this review serves as a warning to others who may consider doing business with RealNet/Rengrow in the future.
