Worst experience ever, I made a lay-by on January the 15th so when I went to make a final payment one item was missing and didn’t even get a clear explanation as to how could that be possible.

I went to to buy a skirt for R250 and I paid with my card their system couldn’t read my payment and my money still hasn’t been reversed back to me and they told me I can’t leave with the skirt because they can’t see that I paid…I’m so angry at the service and I want my money…

Most apauling service received at the cosmetic section. No customer service ethics what so ever. Sales consultants not interested in the customer. I enquired with the cashier about a free sample foundation advert I saw at the counter whilst making payment. She sent me to another lady who was so unhelpful. I asked her for the sample she was not interested. But gave a whole lot of samples to black lady before me. Most horrifyingshopping experience. Best to shop online.
