Poor service. The garage itself needs some renovations, train your employees (I've had one who told me he can't check oil and water) and have to wait too long before you get service especially on peak hours, you are not controlling traffic and its not circulating safely. Maybe its management.

Your staff is very slow and took too long to attend to customers. Sometimes not wearing CALTEX Uniform and makes us to be suspicious and uncomfortable. Most of the time we can't pump flat tires, pump out of order. Sometimes they put plucards written CASH ONLY ACCEPTED"."

Easily accessible yes but they sometimes don't have petrol when the garage less than 1km from them always has. Staff is slow but they are improving these days. Doors into the store close way to early which means the isn't access to ATMs after 8.

The service here it's very slow but there's 3 in-store ATM's available which are Absa, Capitec and Standard bank as well as place to fix tyres incase of unforeseen tyre puncture.
