Good service offering which performs as per their claims (FTTH). Had teething problems with the initial setup and billing however these were promptly and professionally dealt with. Great service and focus, you stand apart from other companies in the field!

Very disappointed as appointments not honored . Took 2 hours from work for the installation Ony to be called 10 minutes after due time to be told there will be a 2 hour delay. Not a very good start

We have been with Smart Technology a while now and I can say from the day they came to install our internet we have had nothing but excellent service from them. I'm very impressed and so happy we moved to them away from Supersonic. Thank you Smart Team for the impeccable service you provide to your customers.
