Print quality is very poor, reprinted for the 3rd time and wanting to collect now 9:05 am ans shop still closed, no use trying to support local business I will go to Hillcrest in future.So finally at 9:40 they decide to open shop, extremely frustrated and disappointed.

The best printing shop at Watercrest mall. Decently priced, and good photos. The bigger photos take quite long, but it's worth it. Friendly service.

Been a few times, and each time with the same result. Disappointed, annoyed and not happy with my print job. Staff are not trained well, they are incompetent, and know nothing about printing. I just walked out and said 'don't worry I'll go somewhere else' cause they couldn't complete a simple printing of a DL sized double sided card....

Absolutely poor service! Went in store to get a colour changing mug, was told it will be ready in the evening, arrived back at store and they said they didn't have stock. After waiting for 2 weeks for stock to arrive, I requested a refund and it's been a month and I haven't received any feedback.Really disappointed.

Did not get what I asked for. Messages are read but not replied to. Leading to me not getting what I requested. And paid for. Not so keen on the service offered and definitely not impressed with the outcome.

Ineffective store. Dropped off a T-shirt to get printed on. They said it would take 1 hour. We can’t back an hour later to find the T-shirt in the same place, not printed on and then we were told we had to wait another 20 minutes. Poor service. We were near the shop during the hour and the store was not busy. Prices on website appear to be incorrect. Anyone with a suggestion for an alternative store for my future needs?Update: we’re taking our business to Fotofirst in Hillcrest. They wasted an hour and a half of our time. Never again.Train your staff to use the equipment and the software, please.

Incompetent staff who seriously need some training on printing, layouts and printing areas of documents (go get some training from Copycats in Gateway - they will show you how to deal with customers and make them keep coming back) Not once have I been happy with the service from Reprint Watercrest in the past.
