Clicks Pharmacy Humewood

Nice little store with everything you'd expect from a Clicks. They do not keep the same amount of items as other larger Clicks stores.Overall a good store and conveniently located next to the Spar.

Cashier was sitting and chatting on the phone while serving me. No eye contact or a good afternoon, as I look over what she was doing her phone was open infront of the till and she was busy reading massages.

Today, Wednesday 25 March 2020, die service delivery at Clicks dispensary was extremely slow. As Clicks opened at 08:00, only two points were available for clients. After about 40 minutes two more points open for clients. Then after a hour.I mean, we all expect a rush today, but really, Clicks dispensary did not make provision for that.Something else: two of the ladies jackets were not buttoned, which shows unprofessionalism.I must say, I resettled here 3 months ago, and I am surprise at the slow service I get at the dispensary ever since my arrival.

Last minute shopping before they close.As was paying, I accidentally forget my wallet on the till point. I was the last customer. I waited oitside for my taxi for 5minutes right infront of the store no one called to I have left my wallet. I realized when i was in the taxi that my wallet is missing. I called back the store which waa now approximately 10m,no one picked up the phone. Im sure at that not all staff have left the store. I went early in the morning next day when they opening. Strangely the store doesn't have a a CCTV while it claims it does have on outside window. No one saw spotted anything. When I'm in Port Elizabeth I will never shop on this store. I'm disappointed by their level of customer service which poor with I dont care attitude" quite shocking from a clicks store!"

Clicks Humewood, I would like to remind you of your poor service and the bad attitude of your staff when arriving at your store. I urgently need my tablets, for which I have a prescription at your store. The fact that NOBODY is willing to assist me to get my tablets from you is unacceptable. I will NOT or let me put it this way NEVER make use of any of your stores in the future. You do not have people's health at heart. I would really suggest you train your staff better, improve your service drastically and make sure you don't loose more clients. One would think that service delivery was something you strive towards

I have been a customer of Clicks for many years.I have just had a Total Knee Replacement. We purchased all our medication of over R2200.00 from them on the 18th June 2021. On the 3rd of July I asked MSEKELI From Clicks Humewood to kindly add 2 articles to my additional script which was ready for collection... he said he could not do so as it would have to fetch it from the counters. I asked him yo please do me that favor as my 81 yr old husband would collect it. When my husband came home the other 2 articles were not there ... FIDCOM HAD ALWSYS BEEN THE BEDT.... THEY HSVE NEVRR DONE WHST VLIVKS DID. PLEASE TRSIN YOUR STSFF MEMBRRS BETTRR.

Rude behaviour from the pharmacist Sinazo. Very poor manners and even poorer customer service, for whatever reason she did not ask me if it would be cash or medical, she instantly assumed for whatever reason that I was paying cash, never mind the fact that I have my medical details listed on my profile, when I told her I am paying by medical aid she all of a sudden became aggressive and said that we didn’t have a discussion about medical aid, which is true because she never asked as is the practice with EVERY pharmacy that I have been to. Overall experience with this lady was horrible, she needs some customer service training or something because no one who deals with customers should behave in that manner at anytime.

Shocking customer service from the pharmacy. Always have to wait super long even when my medication is pre-packed. Now, I've had to buy some of my chronic medication that is supposed to be covered by medical aid because of their error.EDIT: If it's even possible... they have gotten worse! Every single month, I have to fight to get my medication, and every month, I ask them to update my profile... absolutely terrible service, if I could give 0 stars I would. This is not just a humewood clicks issue. It's clicks everywhere.

Worst service at any the pharmacy of this clicks going!!! So ineffective and drag their feet to serve customers. Please do something about your efficiency.
