Worst Estate Agent I have ever dealt with.

Absolutely remarkable service. Not only do they help you look for the perfect apartment that meets your needs, they also go according to what you can afford.

We bought a house a year ago and we were assisted by Joyce. The house had a crack on the wall but Joyce assured that it was a huge problem and we trusted her word. One year down the line the crack has grown rapidly and we asked an engineer to look at it and we recieved the shock of our life, the house has a problem with the foundation. We then reached out to Joyce and Charlene, the branch manager but they quickly brushed us off with the clause that is apparently in the OTP. They both showed no compassion or any willingness to help us with this issue. We regret trusting Joyce, her dishonesty in selling us the house has brought us a lifetime of heartache. I wonder how such people live with themselves.

I rented an apartment listed by century 21, the agent being Craigh Delaney, he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, always communicating when promising to, very accommodating to our requirements and extreamly supportive through out the process, will highly recommend him to anyone.
