Extremely poor service, their number is ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE, they don't respond to any emails.Stylephase use these couriers to Ship parcels and they don't fail to disappoint everytime ( Churchills had my parcel and without notification they gave it to arramax whom delivered the parcel after 20H00 in the evening after calling me sevral times asking for directions that were on the waybill)The whatsapp number provided worked but no straight awnsers were provided.I would not recommend supporting both companies mentioned poor and horrible service all around

Unbelievably poor service from this provider. I will not recommend you ship anything fragile or of high value with this courier service. There is nothing professional about this service, from the driver to the vehicle, the waybill, even their labelling. They successfully damaged a vintage item of high value and refuse to acknowledge that this is indeed an act of pure negligence. Simply use the other popular service providers who will deliver your goods safely and intact. Disgusted!

Used their services to deliver some spices that I bought from Durban. Their price was double what I normally pay and their service is appalling. They collected the package on 16 July, it arrives in Johannesburg on 17 July and I only received it on 23 July. For the price paid, this is really unacceptable. Their chat function however was quick to respond when I was tracking my package, hence the 2 stars. Would not recommend their services. There are so many other courier companies out there that are willing to offer a better service at a fraction of the price.

This is outright the worst courier company you will EVER come across. They insist they delivered my parcel but they don't know who they delivered the parcel too. I clearly did not receive my parcel for over a month now! No POD nothing. Pathetic, useless, incompetent... It's sad that companies like this still exist and rob hardworking South Africans of their hard earned money...I Please DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. You will surely regret it... I will be reporting this company to the consumer protection board.

After having a complaint it turns out the Telkom cables were stolen hence they could not rrecieve my call. They went above and beyond to bring my package same day once I escalated a problem. Great service thank you! (not sure why Google won't allow me to change the rating to 5 stats)Thanks again for sorting it out :) 5 stars

I am Deaf and I see the tracking say going out for delivery this morning and now almost 6pm and I have two times email them to find out if they are coming today or not and no one reply on email. How must I communicate as I am Deaf as I cannot use phone so only communicate via whatsapp or email. Still waiting for email reply. The live chat on website is not working.

This courier service is absolutely disgusting. I'm waiting for my parcel since the 3rd of December. They keep sending me emails saying they don't have my address and contact number. Which I always send in the reply. And also which should appear on their delivery note. The funniest thing is they sent me my own details in an attachment delivery note. Now when I'm calling their staff, they don't answer. Also the phone number provided on Google doesn't exist. I'll never order from a company that uses this courier company. Their service is very poor. Would never recommend.

Worst service i have seen in a long time.The package was returned yesterday after being on the courier 8:45 in the morning. No one was here as there was people there the entire day. No one called me or anything.The 24 hour line for Spartan Kempton Park which is a landline but rings to a cellphone rings and then gets rejects the call.Dont know why anyone is still using this courier as there have been many many complaints about them.I will be calling the supplier where i purchased my stuff and advise them of this service
