Amazing client experience from the reception team. Dr Chandran is a real professional. First appointment was amazing. Gives very detailed diagnosis and clear explanations. The deep cleaning process with Nicole was incredible throughout the whole 2-3 hours. I even had the pleasure of choosing my own music to listen to during the process. The cherry on top was the big improvements of my dental health during the follow up session. Highly recommended and definitely worth making the next appointment. Truly amazing experience.

This is the best practice I've ever been to.I was referred to Dr Chandran by a previous specialist, from the first day I stepped into the practice, I was received with care, respect and a general warmth. Dr Chandran explained everything that he was doing so that there was transparency, he took care in how he handle my many questions and he clearly showed his passion in healing in his approach in getting me well. I have been with the clinic for the past 8 months in 2022 and my almost was in Jan 2023. I loved everything from when you walk the friendly staff and Nurses. Dr Rakesh Chandran and the Oral Hygienist lady (forget her name) are the best. They both took me through procedure thoroughly and in detail and the work they did on my gums is on point. I definitely recommend.

Excellent service and guidance from initial consultation to final check up. Dr Chandan is extremely patient and carefully explained each option including risks and results. The procedure was well planned, executed with due care and diligence as it was a risky procedure. He was extremely careful not to take undue risks as well. Thank you and will definitely recommend.

Extremely professional practise, from the friendly reception staff, who send courtesy Whatsapp confirmation messages one week and one day before an appointment, to the extremely professional Dr Chandran, who explains the treatment plan in detail, itemised quotes are given and explained in advance of treatment, and everything ia done to make your procedure as pleasant as possible. You even get to choose the musical playlist... highly highly recommended peridontal practise !!

Let's begin with Liz at reception, she is really efficient and polite on Wattsapp and makes sure that you don't forget your appointment. When you arrive she always has a warm smile.Dr Chandran seems to be a leader in the field of periodontics, he has an amazing mastery of the various technologies at his fingertips, including 3d scanning /printing. Equally importantly he has a humble and friendly manner.In my case there was an issue with the 3D printed prosthetic not bonding to one tooth. I'm pleased to report that this was rectified promptly and without further charge, thus showing a commitment to customer satisfaction and service.The prosthetic approach to let my existing good teeth support the loose ones was a highly cost effective alternative to implants.All the staff, & Nicole (the hygenist) have a relaxed & friendly manner which makes one feel more comfortable.

Dr Chandran and his team are so welcoming and do their best to reassure you and make you feel comfortable. Being alone I was quite nervous , but their assistance and guidance made my visits there pleasant.Dr Chandran is an excellent doctor , technically skilled and also very calm with his energy and the way in which he treats his patients.The rest of the team are also just as awesome!

Dr Chandran is the most wonderful practitioner. His service and that of his team has been exceptional, from a personal phone call to check in post-op to squeezing me in for a post-op check-up and playing music I like during all the procedures, to ensure I was relaxed and calm.
