I see you only responding to the issues occuring now,go back and find out when the problems started.findout when the landlord moved out,find out if incoming inspection was done,findout about the maintanance issues that show that your agency never did any inspection prior to advertising the apartment,broken cudboard,find out about electricity issues that were not disclosed earlier to me before I even experienced power cuts due to none payment.its been a nightmare to deal with your company
